Wireless Project Coordinator
Location: Glen Burnie, MD (Hybrid with 2-3 days per week in office)
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/yr depending on experience and skills
Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will assist in coordinating and managing various sites for a nationwide project with a primary focus on national permitting, database integrity in relation to construction activities, and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Permitting and Regulatory Compliance
- Manage the national permitting process for site installations and modifications, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Track permitting status and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Data Management and Analytics
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of project-related databases and documentation.
- Utilize data analytics to track project performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders highlighting project status, risks, and recommendations.
Must Have:
- Verizon carrier experience on the wireless side
- Experience with large, multi-region wireless projects
- Experience with carrier tools such as Fuze and Sitetracker
- Understanding of milestone-based projects and project tracking
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills

- Proficient in project management tools/software and database management systems.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interactions with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- MS Office skills required.
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in the telecom or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of national permitting and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL)
